The ultimate goal of this forum is to advance the Internet environment through building an IT infrastructure based on the next-generation Internet. In addition, the forum will talk about possible scenarios and strategies for a successful shift from the IPv4 to the IPv6.

This conference provides a venue to discuss the spread and social implication of converged media services on the Internet and mobile devices. The agenda of the conference are as follows:
- compare the contents of converged services in Korea with those in other markets;
- analyse the characteristics of the new media;
- look into what the users want and how individuality is increasingly emphasised;
- study social and cultural issues emerged as a result of the expansion of the space where people to interact with and
