WHY PARTICIPATE
Korea's economy is growing strongly, fueled by ICT sector, which has become the main engine for the national growth, contributing up to 40% of annual economic growth. A substantial part of this success is the high ranking IT development and the high level of infrastructure in this field provided by the government and private sector. In addition, the Korean market provides an interesting test bed for new applications, with consumers open to new solutions, fond of adapting the innovative technology/ products, such as WiBro, DMB and 3G HSDPA service.
EXPO COMM KOREA 2009 was the second year for Korea's first-ever integrated IT exhibition of impressive spectrum and size. As the official side event of the OECD Ministerial Meeting, EXPO COMM KOREA is an IT arena to bring together the world's leading industry experts from both the public and the private sectors, attracting government ministers, regulators and CEOs.
