Exhibitors - Chinese Business Visa

Foreign exhibitors traveling from outside China to EXPO COMM CHINA 2008 need to obtain a Chinese business visa.

Please contact the Chinese Embassy or Consulate General closest to you for completing application details (see the links to worldwide locations above). It is recommended to use your local travel agency to assist with your Chinese visa application, if possible.

Foreign exhibitors applying for a Chinese business visa will need to obtain an official letter of invitation from Chinese authorities as part of their application paperwork.

To request an official letter of invitation from Chinese authorities, please fill in the VISA INVITATION LETTER APPLICATION found in your Exhibitor Manual and submit to EJK Beijing. Please submit your request before September 30, 2008. After this deadline, requests can not be fulfilled.

Once your official letter of invitation from Chinese authorities has been issued, EJK Beijing will fax a copy of the invitation to you and you need to include this letter with your visa application when you submit to the Chinese Embassy or Consulate General.

Visitors - Chinese Tourist Visa

Please contact your local travel agency to assist with your Chinese tourist visa application.
