Technical Seminar Program
|
|
A program of technical seminars will be run in conjunction with the Exhibition and separate from the Conference Program/Forum. Each exhibiting company will have the opportunity to participate through application. The technical seminar program is the interactive platform for exhibitors to give a more detailed orientation on its new technology, products, and services. Seminar program information including seminar schedule, topics, company and speakers will be published in the show catalogue, official website, show preview/show guide and on-site signage.
The venue of technical seminars will be located in the NCIEC. Due to the limited availability of meeting rooms, all seminar applications will be processed on a "first come, first served" basis.
The timing for each seminar session is restricted to 2.5 hours. Within this time limit the Exhibitor is free to arrange its agenda for presentation as well as question and answer time. Each meeting room can hold 40-50 audience members. To achieve optimum results, the exhibitor should make their own efforts to contact and invite their target audience.
The unique advantage of this seminar is your company's freedom not only to introduce, but promote your products and technologies. This advantage will greatly increase your exposure and create an informed potential client base for your company to target. As this seminar is run independently from the Forum, it will give your company a strong advantage over your competitors.
Each seminar session is priced at US$800 for exhibitors and US$2,500 for non exhibitors. Please submit this application no later than August 24, 2008. The Show Organizer will notify each speaking company of its seminar timing and meeting room number once the seminar schedule is completed. This is a great, all-inclusive opportunity as your company will pay a one-time fee and receive all the following benefits: Business Suite rental, meeting room facilities (overhead projector, writing board, screen, podium, and chairs), and general promotion campaign. If the exhibitors require additional equipment or facilities outside the list of the items provided by the Service Building, (e.g. multi-media projector), they will need to provide their own or rent the equipment at their own cost.
The Exhibition will not offer language translation service for the technical seminar program. The show organizer strongly recommends that the exhibitors arrange the translation themselves.
